No More Mortgage Payments

WhoooHooo!! I dropped off our final mortgage payment in this morning’s mail. For the first time since 1984 we won’t have a monthly house payment.

    Congratulations. Having no more mortgage payment feels great. Be wise with your money and take a good hard look at your retirement and see if some or all of that payment needs to beef it up.If you don't have one already, see a good financial planner or cpa. Get some good advice from a few different professionals and then choose your path. Great job on paying off the mortgage.
