Petroglyph National Monument
Before leaving Albuquerque we made a short visit to Petroglyph National Monument, a place we had visited previously in May 2008. This time I had a better camera and good light, even though it was very windy.
Albuquerque Botanic Garden
Our first stop on the trip was the Albuquerque Botanic Garden. On a very chilly and windy day we confined our visit to the enclosed desert and tropical plant areas.
Off to New Mexico and Texas
We took off this morning at 11:45 headed first to Albuquerque; leaving Seattle on a beautiful day.
2015 Stamps Finished
I think I have finally completed all work on the 2015 U.S. stamps. They are physically in the album pages, fully cataloged and images scanned.
Rattlesnake Lake Chilly Morning
Trisha was off for a manicure so I decided to take a quick visit to Rattlesnake Lake to see what the morning light might present by way of photo ops. Not much, really. And it was very cold, especially without the gloves I left home.

Snowy Start to 2017
I read that it’s the first snowy New Year’s Day in Seattle in some twenty-five or so years. I’m certainly not starting out the year with a round of golf!
